Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

-2lbs beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
-garlic powder to taste
-3 Tbsp olive oil
-2 C. beef broth
-1/2 C chopped onion
-2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
-1 (14.5oz) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
-3 Tbsp. soy sauce
-1 tsp. salt

Sprinkle strips of beef with garlic powder to taste.  In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and brown the seasoned beef strips.  Transfer to a slow cooker.
Pour in the beef broth.  Stir in onions, green peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, and salt.
Cover and cook on High for 6-7 hours.


You can serve over noodles or mashed potatoes!
